Machina Arts Presents our 2018 Farm Dinner Series ​Featuring Chef Jordan Scott

Picadilly is thrilled to be hosting a Machina Arts 2018 Farm Dinner in August. We are the last of three farm dinners. The second is at Monadnock Berries. Read on for details!

Join us for three spectacular five-course dinners prepared by Chef Jordan Scott and served on location at some of the most beautiful farms in the Monadnock Region. Dinners will be created from locally sourced ingredients and will highlight vegetables, meats, berries, and dairy products from the farms featured in the series. Sustainable and organic wine pairings optional. Dinners will be proceeded by an engaging farm tour and accompanied by an acoustic musical performance curated by Monadnock Music. Dinners will be served at rustic farm tables in the midst of the farm where you can enjoy each course surrounded by nature. Wine will be carefully paired with the dinner and will be sourced from sustainable, organic, and biodynamic grapes. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated if at least two weeks of advanced notice is provided. Menu will be released 2-3 weeks before each event.

Monadnock Berries Farm Dinner: July 17th, 2018
Picadilly Farm Dinner: August 22nd, 2018

Dinner is served at 6pm, optional farm tour begins at 5pm.

$60 – Single 5 Course Farm Dinner without Wine Pairing
$150 – Full package of all 3 meals! 5 Course Farm Dinners without Wine Pairing ($10 off each meal- $180 value!)
$15 – Single 5 Course Wine Pairing (add on to full farm dinner)

About Our Chef
Jordan Scott is a classically trained chef with a passion for globally inspired seasonal food made with local ingredients. Jordan has described his wine dinners as a study in simplicity. He finds great joy in creating simple, elegant dishes built on a foundation of technique and with care given to each ingredient. His dishes delight the most sophisticated palate, balancing rustic charm with an innovative and artistic twist. Jordan has a great deal of respect for the traditional French style of cooking and uses that as a foundation from which to explore modern and progressive methods and flavors. Jordan cares deeply for our local community and has been a passionate advocate for local foods and has worked tirelessly to build long-term relationships between our restaurant community and our local farms. Machina is excited to be working with Jordan on the Farm Dinner Series and have experienced first hand the mouthwatering deliciousness of his meals. Jordan is a truly talented chef and we are lucky to have him as our partner for these events!

About our Farms

Stonewall Farm (June 26th, 2018): Stonewall Farm is a Keene based non-profit dairy farm focused on engaging our community in healthy living through education and farming while providing a special place for all to gather. Stonewall farm is certified organic and is a dairy provider for NH based B Corp, Stoneyfield. Stonewall Farm is a local leader in the regenerative agriculture movement and is actively committed to creating positive social and environmental change.

Monadnock Berries (July 17th, 2018): Monadnock Berries is a 225-year-old berry farm perched in the hills above Troy with a stunning view of Mount Monadnock. The farm is owned and operated by Anthony and Fenella Levick. The Levick’s specialize in blueberries with some strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, and currants. The Levick’s use integrative pest management to insure healthy berry growth, focusing on the use of beneficial insects and natural fertilizers.

Picadilly Farm (August 22nd, 2018): Picadilly Farm is nestled among the fields and hills of southwestern New Hampshire, right along the Vermont and Massachusetts border. Owned and operative by Jenny and Bruce Wooster, Picadilly Farm provides certified organic Community Supported Agriculture shares to over 1000 households throughout the tri-state region.
