In 2007, we began donating surplus produce to community organizations. We are committed to offering our surplus produce to people and places that need it. We welcome the help of volunteers in initiating and carrying out the donation efforts - please contact us if you have ideas and energy.

Through a gift to the farm, we were able to donate a Full Season Share to the Winchester Learning Center, a community day care and pre-school. We've received a gift to continue this share for 2008.

We donated a 2008 Summer Share to the Foundation for Educational Excellence.

In November, we donated about 7000 pounds of surplus squash and root crops to area food banks, including the Brattleboro Area Drop-In Center; the Community Kitchen in Keene; and the New Hampshire Food Bank. Several neighbors and shareholders contributed to the harvesting and delivery of this produce - thank you!
